A Taste of Home

Originally from the Southern Philippines and now calling Southern Hobart home, my passion for cooking and baking is deeply connected to the flavours, traditions and memories I grew up with.

Food has always been something to share. Whether around the family table, with friends over coffee, or during a special celebration, some of the best memories are made when good food brings people together.

Through my baking, I hope to share a little of that experience here in Tasmania, creating Filipino breads, cakes and treats inspired by the food I know and love.
